5 Hours at 225 Degrees! Smoking Two Whole Chickens on the New Smoker #Philippines #Lifestyle

I smoked them birds like a champion. Took about 5 hours at 225 degrees.

The whole chickens turned out perfect! The wings? Not so much.

The ideal size of fire for my smoker is basically to maintain a 1 full charcoal chimney sized fire. Any bigger and it will get too hot.

Shout out to the folks at Barrel Pro. We are loving our new smoker.
