2 Hours with Filipina Wife

We’ll start out by checking the gas station to see if a liter of diesel has gone up. We’ll hang out at 7-11 while enjoying mango shakes and a huge bag of Cheetos. We’ll check current rice and meat prices and pick of a kilo of country-style pork. I’ll fire up the barbecue grill and cook supper while Fatima causes me stress. The onions, peppers, and tomatoes in cast iron skillets turned out to be DELICIOUS! Sometimes I amaze myself when it comes to cooking. It’s just another Saturday evening here in Angeles City, Philippines.
