We’re waking up to the news of a 6.9 earthquake hitting northern Cebu. It occurred at a shallow depth in the sea, approximately 12 miles from Daanbantayan. That’s less than 10 miles from Fatima’s village. We haven’t heard from anyone down there at the time of posting this video.
