Chef Marcos is cooking Chicken Parmesan Walang Keso! Why? Because I ain’t got no cheese. It don’t matter because my Chicken Parmesan turned out to be delicious! Gordon MF Ramsey is jealous of this little recipe. Big shout out to Big Pumpkin and Lil’ Kim for lightly assisting during the cooking show. They make great Prep and Line Cooks. I might even consider Big Pumpkin as my Sous Chef at times. Also on tonight’s show, Big Pumpkin will cook some type of corned-beef-hash dish that I’m not sure actually has a name.
