I filmed a great barbecue show. I grilled some pork steaks that turned out perfect. When I went to edit the video, I discovered a big problem with the audio. The sound guy had the microphone plugged into the headphone jack of the camera the entire shoot. I had to fire the dude over this failure. I put together a 5-minute video with voiceover just to remember the occasion.
