This gentleman has THE BEST chicken doner kebabs in all of Thailand. He’s located on the east side of Pattaya at Khao Talo Soi 7, next to a 7-11. If you look at a Google map, it shows Soi 10 to the right side of Soi Khao Talo. He’s in that area. He’s not too far from the Booze Lounge.
Kebabs are 60 Baht each ($1.83 USD). You can get them with cheese nowadays as well.
