Fatima’s plans to cook them crabs in a little butter came to a screeching halt once First Mate Reuben realized them crabs weren’t for racing or fish bait.
Note: There was debate over whether or not you can actually eat (or should eat) these crabs. Fatima’s mom says you can’t eat the Fiddler crabs from the beach. You can only eat the crabs from the river.
First Mate Reuben said don’t eat them crabs.
Captain Art said you can eat them crabs down in the Visayas but not here on Luzon. Or something like that.
I got confused.
All I can tell you is that I ain’t eating them Fiddler Crabs unless they’re cooked very well done like I barbecue my award-winning pork chops.
