Northern Cebu just can’t catch a break. The eye of Typhoon Tino is on track to hit just south of Fatima’s village. The first track I saw had the eye hitting the area around 1400 on Tuesday, November 4th. The updated track has the eye passing near Fatima’s village around 0800 on Tuesday, November 4th. It’s just another day living in The Philippines.
