I love Flo’s Tina Turner hair. It’s 80’s rock-band big. BUT, she doesn’t like it. Like most Filipinas, she wants straight hair via a rebond. Being that I’m a good foreign guy here in the Philippines, I decided to send her to the salon and grant her wish. Join us for a look at the before and after effects of a rebond hair treatment.
