We finally got an appointment at the U.S. Embassy in Manila to complete Forrest G.’s Consular Report of Birth Abroad (CRBA). The main problem was just getting there due to the checkpoints between our place and San Fernando. Once we passed PHASE LINE ECHO, I knew his appointment was a GO! #USA
