Best Hotel in Cebu
The WellCome Hotel is my new favorite place to stay in Cebu City, Philippines. It’s near Ayala Mall. The hotel offers FAST WiFi, spacious rooms that are CLEAN, and a roof top bar and restaurant. The staff are all super friendly. They serve a free breakfast buffet that is delicious! There’s even a guy playing the harp while you dine.
