Why You Do Not Need A Treadmill

Seriously, how many people who buy a treadmill actually use the thing for its intended purpose? Most treadmills are used to hang clothes on. It’s a five-hundred-dollar clothes rack. That’s reality. The thing merely sits in the corner of the living room and takes up floor space.

What’s wrong with putting on your running shoes, opening the front door, and walking outside? There’s plenty of pavement out there that’s free to walk on. Too cold? Too hot? Raining? Go to the mall and walk in an air-conditioned environment.

Trust me, you do not need a treadmill.
