Baby Back Ribs on the Grill Plus Vegetables and 3 Ears of Corn in the Lodge Cast Iron Combo Cooker

My buddy sent some funds and said to go buy good quality meat for the barbecue. We were going to buy a couple of $20 dollar steaks over at S&R but Filipina Wife #1 wanted BABY BACK RIBS! We stopped by Fresh Options in Barrio Barretto and loaded up. I had more meat than I had grill space but somehow put everything together. Those darn ribs turned out to be DELICIOUS. I cooked some vegetables and three ears of corn in the Lodge MFG 3.2 Quart  Cast Iron Combo Cooker. We cooked more than we could eat so we shared most of the food with the night security guards at the front gate. It was a great little evening, my friends.
