I whipped up a batch of homemade tortillas that were better than any you can get at a real Mexican restaurant. The chicken and onions cooked to perfection in our new Lodge MFG 3.2 Quart Cast Iron Combo Cooker. Add some sautéed hot peppers with creamy tomato cheese sauce and our supper turned out DELICIOUS. My buddy Francis stopped by and ate with us which made for an even better evening.
